1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Perfumes must be returned unopened and sealed. We do not accept returns for opened or used perfumes due to hygiene reasons.
Watches must be returned without signs of wear, with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products with visible signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
- Customized or engraved items.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.
